Home Based Services
As part of the White Center Early Learning Initiative (WCELI), home visiting services in the White Center neighborhoods provide more intensive assistance to higher risk families, from pre-birth to the youngest child’s second birthday, addressing a wide range of family needs and circumstances. All expecting families living within the WCELI geographic area will be offered nurse home visiting services to increase the levels of attachment and support.

Enhanced First Steps
